JONATHA'S NOTE:

This is one of the first songs Nora suggested I take a look at. I loved the challenge, because it wasn't quite complete – even Woody had scribbled at the bottom of the page: "finish later." So I found the perfect prose from a couple of notebooks to help complete the vibe of the song. The bridges are from pages 194 and 195 of the "ART WORKS" book of Woody Guthrie's. It's a beautiful collection of his paintings, scribblings, comics, drawings. You can order that from the site: woodyguthrie.org. It was also clear from the start that it had to be a duet!
